These terms govern the use of this website and any creative services provided by A Visual By Benji Ltd.
Quotes & bookings
Guide prices shown on this site are indicative. A binding quote is issued after your brief. A date is only reserved once a deposit is received.
Deposits reserve production capacity. Cancellation charges and any refund are handled under the project agreement and applicable statutory rights; consumer rights are not restricted.
Consumer cancellations
If you book as an individual for purposes mainly outside your business, statutory consumer cancellation rights may apply to a distance contract. Those rights are not restricted by these terms. Your project agreement explains how to cancel and what happens if you expressly ask AVBB to begin work during a cancellation period.
Deliverables & payment
Final deliverables, formats, payment schedule and turnaround are agreed in your quote or invoice. Those project-specific terms take priority. Turnaround begins once all required footage, materials and agreed payments are received.
Copyright & usage
A Visual By Benji retains copyright of all work. Clients receive a licence to use delivered files for the purposes agreed. Please see the Licensing page for detail.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Subject to that, liability connected with the services is limited to the amount paid for the affected project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
