How the films, videos and photographs produced by A Visual By Benji may be used.
Standard client licence
Clients receive a licence to use delivered work for the agreed purpose — for example social media, a wedding, or a specific campaign. This covers personal and standard promotional use.
Commercial & broadcast
Broadcast, paid advertising and extended commercial use are quoted separately. Let us know your intended usage up front so the right licence is included.
Credit & portfolio
A Visual By Benji may feature delivered work in its own portfolio and showreels unless a confidentiality agreement is in place. Artist and brand credits are always honoured.
